Reading to your child — at any age — will boost their brain development, your bond, and so much more. All it takes is a few books, motivation, and a little time.
Children who spend time with their parents or guardians participating in activities together build a positive sense of self-worth. When children feel that they are valued they feel more positive about themselves. Family activities don’t have to be expensive trips out to be meaningful, the important part is just being together.
While it is important to focus on self-care individually, it’s also important to prioritize as a family. Kids and adults need time to refresh, recharge and unwind from work, school, and holiday events.

DownloadGratitude Jars are a fun, artistic, and hands-on way for children to practice gratitude. In this activity, each child will create a special jar where they save gratitude statements at the end of the day.
