As a therapist I have learned every client is unique in their experiences. Their sense of themselves, their outlook on life, needs and expectations are individualized and no single method or theory is helpful to everyone. I approach each client and session with an open mind, and self awareness while exploring with the client what was, what is, and what can be.
Integrating the 8 Dimensions of Wellness Model with emphasis on the mind, body and spirit connection, clients will begin to process, explore and gain insight and skills needed to address challenges in their lives.
